How Does Permanent PDF Rotation Work?

Many basic PDF readers allow you to temporarily rotate a document for viewing, but the moment you close the file, email it, or print it, it reverts to its incorrect original orientation. A permanent PDF rotation modifies the internal `/Rotate` attribute of the document page dictionary.
